Conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Beaverton, it’s also easy to reach for everyone journeying out to try our special “cart-only” dishes – just a couple minutes off Hwy 217. We are very pleased to have our first Thai Bloom food cart based in Beaverton’s very first food cart pod – the BG Food Cartel. Sayan Promwongsa, a native of rural Thailand, is our award-winning Executive Head Chef and Co-Founder of Thai Bloom who developed the special menu and is overseeing the food cart chefs. We remain Vegan, Vegetarian, and Gluten-free friendly, as our food is made fresh to order. Side dish choices (free with every signature menu item) are Veggie Spring Roll, Chicken Potsticker, Fried Tofu, Chicken Satay, or Green Salad.įood Cart Menu Food Cart TakeOut Menu Appetizers, Soups & Salads Our food cart features uniquely delicious dishes previously offered only as limited seasonal cial dishes include scrumptious authentic Thai recipes such as crispy Thai Katsu Chicken, grilled Salmon Green Curry, Crispy Pork, and Hainanese Chicken Rice. Also (unlike regular restaurant entrees), every signature dish item will include a personal-sized portion of one of our hugely popular appetizers or a salad! This gives customers the opportunity to taste even more delicious Thai recipes than ever before, quickly and inexpensively. The cart also features a selection of our signature traditional Thai dishes, soups, and salads, but at ‘cart-level’ pricing.

We feel these rare, traditional Thai dishes, plus the chance to try so many of our most popular menu items and appetizers at take-away pricing, makes this a unique new addition to the local food cart scene. Many of these rarely served dishes require much more prep time before we open, and contain harder-to-source ingredients, which is partly why we don’t feature them as standard menu items in our restaurants. Our food cart features uniquely delicious dishes previously offered only as limited seasonal specials at our sit-down locations. Plus, our restaurant appetizers are especially popular – so we’re serving those up for our cart customers as well! Our menu features special, rarely available dishes that we don’t even offer year-round in our restaurant locations! High-quality ingredients, special recipes, and extra time in preparation also make these dishes worth the trip and so much more delectable than the ‘quick and cheap’ approach of other Thai food carts. We wanted our food cart to be something special – a cut above the dozens of Thai and Asian carts in the area serving up fast-food versions of the standard Thai dishes everyone knows.
