I do not feel this is something an official distributor should do, and hopefully they do something about this as we are all humans as they are and surely they themselves have made purchases in their life that may have been either due error or them changing their mind when they haven't used or opened the product. You really don't have an option there and it could quite be a hassle to get a refund since most retailers have the no refund policy upon revealing the key, however they make it so you clearly have to reveal it yourself. I've noticed they are coming with good deals recently which is comparable to other official retailers like Humble/Fanatical, hope they keep that up, one of the reasons why I ended up making more purchases even in the last 2 months! One little qualm though and can be quite worrisome is, they tend to reveal the key right away after the purchase whereas many others don't in case you make a mistake and purchase something in error. Made a few purchases throughout the few years and haven't had any issues. No issues but slight worrisome regarding refund policy.
